I dont know if its the best, but I recommand it, since its pretty good.

Its beside the yao club , in poachers-kai area. called: long xiu tang.

Me myself dont have tatoo, but serval of my friends got tatoo there, the price is morderate I guess. Maybe you could make an apointment with the boss, who is out of town often, he is good.

New very posh one just opened up in Lady Street. Haven't had a chance to use their services yet myself, but I hear good things.

That guy on that street corner in that district with the photos spread out in front squatting down as he tattoos another victim. The guy with a bowl of ink and his machines siphoning off power from the electric lines. Look for the others who are gathered around squatting as they 'ooooh' and 'ahhh'

The spice must flow.

Just an advice: don't go to Spring Tattoo!!!
The lady is nice, can draw, but it is a disaster for tattoo: shakings, no quality, irregular... Now I have to try to make it better in an other place!!

Beijing has many professional tattoo shop, doing everything good, like Yaksha & dark soul.

Spring Tattoo Beijing ist for me the best tattoo studio in Beijing. The Studio is also member of the UNITED EUROPEAN TATTOO ARTISTS (U.E.T.A.) and so really clean. I can not understand the problems from Lucie64100. My tattoos made by Spring Tattoo and i have not one problem and not to make anything better. Read more on: http://www.spring-tattoo.com/

I am very recommended Mummy Tattoo (Dong Dong). They are hygiened, professional & truly artist.
I introduce few of my friends there, all are very satisfied, & they proud of it.

Never go to creation tattoo (tianxiciqing), they are not hygiene & the works are disappointed!!! they charged RMB1,000 per hour by the works delivered not worth at all... I got skin infection after tattoing there, it need almost half year to cure & finally I got recovered up from other artist in US.
