The best Japanese food that I've had in Beijing by a fairly wide margin was at Hatsune. It's also rather expensive. East Guanghua Rd. 65813939
And that's coming from someone who used to live in Tokyo.

I said it's the best in BJ. The best sushi I've had outside of Japan was actually in Sydney.
