Both are correct, 機 is the tradtional Chinese for 机.
Even you are using those biz cards in mainland Chinese, there is no strict rules/or something requires using simplfied Chinese, some people use tradtional Chinese on their cards for being more fit to their academic / professional background, or just fitting the design of the card.
The first one is simplified Chinese character and the second one is traditional Chinese, if you want to send cards to people in the mainland you should write the first one and if you send to people from Hongkong and Taiwan, the second one is better.

Re: Hanzi Question
If other Chinese characters on the card are all simplified characters, then use 手机; and vice versa.

Re: Hanzi Question
手机 is frequent used in mainland.機 is hard to recognize.
many young people don't know how to write it.
Life's hard. It's supposed to be. If we didn't suffer,we'd never learn anything.
