hi guys
i will be leaving bj at end of june............. 
if there was 1 meal you must have before you left what and where would it be?????
right now im thinking another dream meal at blu lobster?
however it was only a week or so ago i last went, so i would love another recomendtion
any ideas?

Pure lotus, is another one, if you haven't tried it yet.

Gisa Italian restaurant.
I had the odd sounding but amazingly delicious eggplant, goat cheese, mint tortellini. It was heaven, and I doubt I'd find that where I live in the US.
Steak, lobster, you can find.... think about something you won't find at home.

Hatsune and Gisa are decent choices if you can stand all the yuppies.
BUT
this being your "last meal in Beijing", wouldn't it be more appropriate to go for Chinese food?
