When I used to stay at the St. Regis, I stumbled on a bar about 200M away (further away from ChangAn Street) on the same side of the road that seemed to be loaded with sketchy Russian women. One of my Chinese co-workers always wanted to meet there instead of the hotel lobby to ogle the buxom babushkas. It didn't really do anything for me. I can't remember the name of the place though since that was a couple of years ago. It's conveniently located near the CBD location of the United Family hospital so you can load up on antibiotics after your (erm...) "transaction."
