Greek Food... yum yum
After reading the ad for the Greek Delicay in the Agenda magazine.. decided to mozy on over there and see if its any good.
So its in the basement of Solana which is kinda tricky (at least for me) to figure out where, but I manage.
Small place, more like a cafe than a proper resturant- but who cares if the food if good.
It is very tasty. I started with the grilled feta cheese which is fabulous- a greek salad which could feed 2 people and the chicken gyro with a little extra tzatski (not sure on spelling) on the side. I ate as much as I could! I can not vouch and say its authentic (I'm not greek), but tastes like most greek resturants in the US.
The owner sent over a complimentry shot of ouzo to wash it down and I ordered a rice pudding to go.
Price is pretty cheap (cheese 30, gyro 20, salad 30) and Service is great as its small and all english speaking staff.
I will definatly be going back!
Whatever

I have also tried this place and found it quite tasty. We tried quite a few things and all of them were good, but the owner did not send any ouzo over to sample. Oh well...

i think the food was disgusting. it had no taste, and french fries inside the wrap? must be modern fusion greek food then!

Re: Greek Food... yum yum
is not fusion. If you had ever been to Greece you would know thats how we serve a gyros, with fries inside.
