Apartments near CUC or BISU?

Hey guys I'm trying to find apartment near CUC or BISU but all I can find are the fake agency ads. I can't seem to find anything rented by landlords. Even stranger, I can't even find room shares by students.
Any advice from someone already living out there...now or recently?

I don't know the university.
I have a apartment near by Capital University of Comercial and Business.
It's my own flat with 2 bed rooms.
