was anybody able to get a one-year multiple entry F-Visa recently?

just wonder now that we are post-Olympics if things are getting back to normal again and anybody was able to get a one-year multiple entry (90 days per stay) F-Visas lately...

please let us know if you did get one or if you tried to get one but did not succeed. thanks...

Can i extend my F visa for another month?

I have an F visa that will expireon Oct. 7th, is there anyway I can extend to any other visa? I cannot afford to come home and come back. I just need to extend it beyond Oct. 17th, when the Olympic regulations are over,.

nope

I wouldn't trust the fact that "on Oct 17th, the Olympic regulations are over" at all!

And no, you most likely will not be able to extend your visa OR transform it into anything else than a Z visa, for which you'll have to leave the country as well unless you have a very high position in your company.

YES

My friend recently got a multi-entry F visa from the Los Angeles consulate. 90 day per stay valid for one year. He paid US$250. Hope that helps.
