my visa has expired for 7 months now.i am afraid to go for an exit although i have my 5000rmb fine ready.
how do i get it and which city is best to get it.
i will like to come back to china again but can i come with the same passport after i get the exit visa?

the fine will be a lot higher than 5000 rmb. I would find a lawyer with police connections and get him to make a deal.

You'll probably face the same difficulties wherever you go. The incident will be recorded in your visa history and you will have a very hard time ever getting back to China. You should be happy we're in China - other countries would have you arrested, and for good reason.
