Costume Market??

So...I keep seeing hints about a Wukesong Costume Market. I'm going to be in the States for Halloween and I am very excited about this potential shopping spree.
I first saw this costume market mentioned here:

After a bit of Googling, the shop seems to be in Haidian District, near the camera shops.
Anybody been there? Reviews? Recommendations for BETTER places? Thanks.

Never been that one before, but there is a shop in shuangjing, chaoyang district. Not bad.

You have to hunt around for these nomadic stores. About 1-1.5 months before Halloween, they start to sprout up in various parts of the city in vacant spaces where they can hold a short-term lease.

I would recommend accessing the top costumes shops in America, for example, www.buycostumes.com has an incredible variety.

No offense William, but would people really want to order costumes like that?
I mean, sizes are written on websites, but most people would still want to try on before buying, in the majority of cases. No?
