Whats the name of the German style buffet place?

I once went to a german-style buffet place and have completely forgetten the name and where it is, but have the urge to go there today... It's decorated with german/swiss style decor, theres a buffet and also you get a set amount of meat that they bring around on skewers, does anybody know the name and where I could get the address? am looking for one close to Haidian.. Cheers!

No, it's Gemran-Swiss style like pictures of men with big beards and lederhossen on the walls.. They bring around sausages, squid etc on skwers and mark off a piece of paper on the table when you've had the certain thing.

Sounds highly suspicious. Squid on skewers? The decoration must be the only German thing there. For proper German food, there's only Schindler, Paulaner and the South German Bakery.

Are you talking about Golden Hans? It's a big German looking buffet place but the food and music is pretty Chinese. Meat on Skewers, some dark beer and German theme makes me think that's what you are looking for.
The one I went to was located at SiDaoKou on XueYuanNanLu right across the road from Central University of Finance and Economics right beside the Lotte Mart.

Golden Hans, that might be it! The meat they bring around seemed German to me but yeah the buffet part is pretty much chinese

Yes, it is called "Golden Hans"..........it is on the second floor in a complex ACROSS the street from Full-Link. Just down the street from the Chaoyangmen subway entrance, around the corner from the English First office behind the bank.

Golden Hans has many restaurants now.
One in Xiao Yin (outside 4th ring)
One in XiZhiMen (Close to the subway station)
And
One in FaZhuan (far on Southern 3rd ring I guess)
