NON-Freelance Web Design/Development jobs...?

To all web designers and devs out there (foreigners and locals alike)...How do you get a non-freelance job that pays around 10K/month in beijing?

I ask because I've being looking for a few months now and it's mostly freelance jobs I get. These of course don't necessarily pay much and if you get a client that loves to postpone payment...well, that's just annoying.

I have a little over a years experience in this field, I do both front-end and back-end work (both designing and actual coding) and I speak fluent chinese(6 years), and have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from a chinese university.

I've read around the forum and it looks like 10K is the average salary for someone with my level of experience.

I'd love any help I can get. Thanks!

Jobs basically yield in the development of a software design as in a anvanced process. Now this field jobs trends according from a variety of purposes -one of them is to accommodated specific demands of a customer and businessman,propreitor to accommodation an fix charge of holistic abeyant users and aswell for approved personal uses.

Job Description:
Sr Web Designer will bring expertise in creative design and web development to create visually – pleasing pages for our SNS site. The candidate should be comfortable with working with sources such as existing pages, business requirements, wireframes, mockups, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in Web Design
- Impressive portfolio of design / development work
