some apartment complexes have courts, e.g. Boya Yuan, Chaoyang Park West, court is ok, costs 50kuai per hr, don't think you have to be a member, there's another court in the complex next door think it's called Park view.
There are courts inside chaoyang park, never played there though.
Most local universities have tennis courts you can rent on an hourly basis...and they're usually cheaper than courts located within apartment complexes
If you're close to 经贸大学 in 和平里, you should try checking the courts out
