I was one of the people that bought with you for thanksgiving--it was really good. btw, I was at Sanyuanli market getting the veggies for my meal and they had turkeys there--I think about 15 RMB per jin. (Can anyone confirm?) Almost every stand had one out...I won't be here for xmas, but just a thought. Thanks again for organizing the turkey buy.

Normally in Scandinavia we eat duck at x-mas, but this time I buy a 4.4kg turkey. Is there anything I should know about cocking time and what is good to eat with the turkey, stuffing etc.
Americans is expert in this...right?
