Re: Top 10 Ski Resorts in Beijing
No, not really. Nanshan for example is so crowded on the weekend that you have to wait for 10 min. to have a 1 min. ride. the best one is Wanlong in Hebei. Is a couple of hours away and you have to stay there but it's the best you can get in China (Forget about harbin).

Re: Top 10 Ski Resorts in Beijing
It's a pretty old list because of some of the places have closed out last year. I wouldn't go to #3, 4, 7, and 8 even someone paid me to from what I have heard.
If you live in the eastern part of Beijing check out Yuyang.

The list is old..
not even Wanlong, Yabuli in that list..anyway
NanShan is close but busy/ small that's why we're heading up to Duolemeidi on the 12th of March for a weekend..It'll prob be the last trip of the season so we're gonna party it up and take full advantage...that and Wanlong is also really close if you want to check that out.

Re: Top 10 Ski Resorts in Beijing
Hi,
A few old boys from a place much warmer than Beijing curently is, is looking to try our hand(or luck) at snowboarding in a few weeks time.
What is the best place for a novice snowboarder to go, spend a few nights, rent the gear, have a few beers, the whole deal. Just a couple of days of fun, nothing too fancy or super expensive. Any comments or advice is greatly appreciated. Cheers.
