advice about a boss who doesnt want to give my salary!!!!

Ive been working for this company for the past few years, and they treated me nice. LAter this year i decided to quit and work for another company for more challenge and also im bored with the previous job.I followed all the SOP for resignation and last month was my final month with them. It just so happen that i need to go to US and wont be back during pay day so i talked with my director and ask if i can just get my salary when im back here as well as my brown book and a release letter and she said no problem. Now i called them and they refused to give my salary and my brown book. ANy advice? Thanks in advance!!!

Sorry, couldn't resist. Would the visa expire while you are overseas? You could do a new visa process. And you could pester them a lot when you get back in town should the new job be in the same area.

MY Visa will expire this sept, will i be ok working with that visa? my new employer is willing to renew it but the old one wont give my necessary documents to do it They just dont want me to leave the company but even they offer me an increase i wouldnt still stay there cause i dont like the way they run the company we deal with early childhood education, before it was quite ok but now they are showing their true colors, now they see kids faces as RMB and i dont want to be involve with these kind of people anymore.
