i work in the music business, for what i know there are a few quite good professional dance studios in town. some of them trainned local pop stars before their concert. i don't recall any of the teachers can speak english though.

My friend teaches contemporary dance, and new jazz, and hip hop. She choreographs for Chinese music videos and has danced with major pop stars in China. She is involved with a popular female only studio is Guomao, she also gives private lessons at her apartment which is converted into a dance studio but its rather far from the centre.
