Try Plastered, they have a shop on nanluguoxiang, and another that I passed the other day, but can't for the life of me remember where it was.

I've been there yesterday, but they do not do customized printing.
Found a small place at GongtiNanLu instead. They did a shirt within one day, 100 RMB incl. the white shirt. Not cheap, but ok for me. Quality was alright as well.
