Are Boxer Hash and the Hash House Harriers the same club?

I saw a event of Boxer Hash on the website:

Hey,

I am looking for individuals or group of people who use to run in Beijing.

We can discuss the time and distance but I prefer at least 5 kms. Better is 10-15 km but the distance can be adjusted. I would like to meet some new running friends.
