You've got some competition, there's already a crew that meet up from 5:30pm. The organiser has his ad floating around here somewhere.

Yea I figured there might be a game or two already in place, but just thought it was worth a try anyways. Still, I'd rather host one in the comfort of my own apartment though.

Privately organized and run Poker tournamnets and games are HUGE rip offs and scams with signals , foot tapping , mirrors, cameras earphones and the whole bit. You would have to be absolutely crazy to consider these types of poker games. Student run right?? ,,,,,,lololol...Have fun......
P.S. bring lots of cash....lots!!!

Yeah, the "own apartment" bit is a worry. The other one I'm talking about does sound fine, some people do like to play fair competitive poker.

A Brand new full scale blown Poker club will be open in Chaoyang park. 15 Casino size poker tables, with Blackjack, roulette, stud, ect.. professional dealers, cards, chips will be used. All stakes are available, from high rollers to weekend friendly games. Please PM me for more info.

Do the blackjack dealers hand shuffle the cards or use machines? Also are pairs bets available?

I know of one game in the Saddle on Mondays. 100 kuai tournament with re-buys. I brought some good cards and poker chips with me from the US. I would definitly be up to host a cash game in Sanlitun area. Or if anyone knows of an established game let me know.
