Where can I find a good hairdresser - for a lady's haircut?

Hi Friends,
Kindly pls let me know where I can find a good hairdresser. Better he/she speaks Chinese or English. Skills are important but the most important is the sense of beauty - knows what style suits what face. Better at a reasonable price, better that he/she has cut a lady's hair well. Or do you know any Brazilian hairdresser in Beijing?

The best hairdresser in Beijing and i mean the best hairdresser works for toni guy, her name is Scarlet she is from the UK, she is based at the toni and guy hair salon next to the grand hyatt hotel in wangfujing, she has won many awards for her hairdressing and is well known in many countries, dont even think about going to anyone else she is number one in this city without a doubt.

I absolutely agree! Scarlet, who is currently at Toni & Guys at the Hilton, just rescued my hair. Don't bother going anywhere else like I did, this lady knows what she is doing, has the best gossip in town and is British. My search for a decent hairdresser is happily at an end!
