international plug adaptors

I need to find somewhere in Beijing that I can buy international plug adaptors - I need an adaptor that goes from UK to Russian/EU plug sockets. Does anyone know where I can find one?
I'm also looking for somewhere that sells travel goods such as money belts for keeping my money and passport safe while travelling. Any help or advice appreciated!

The best adaptors and travel accessoires can be found at the airport. However, you'll also find most of the electronic stuff ad Landao. Not sure they have that specific model UK-RU, but a universal adaptor should do.
