later this year I’m planning to open a WFOE with a registered capital of 100.000 rmb and I have a few questions about that.

I would like to know if it is possible that equipment that I already bought (computer and other office equipment) before starting the registration process can still count into this 100.000 rmb of registered capital.

I would also like to know if there is a difference between a Consulting WFOE, Service WFOE and a Hi-Tech WFOE. The minimum registered capital seems to be the same and my business would fit in all these areas.

I’m also planning to work together with a Chinese partner, would it be possible for this Chinese partner to be a shareholder of this WFOE or is that only possible if you open a JV?
