F-Visa Extension

Hello,
sorry to bother everybody. My situation:
- I have been in China on an F-Visa (two entries) for almost one year
- I extended it the F-Visa once (6 month + 6 month) but never left China during this year
- Now I want to extend for another 6 month
My understanding is that there is no way I can do that without leaving China, is this correct? After that, is it correct that the easiest way is to come back here and extend the F-Visa here? What are the latest informatiOn about the 60th aniversary celebration? Will this influence my Visa application?

cannot stay in china more than 1 year with F visa
i suggest that u can apply for Z visa .it s better

Do you have a job? is there a company can sponsor you? if you have an occupation in a company, you can apply the conversion from F to Z. People are not allowed to stay in China for a whole year with F visa. If you still wanna a F extension and has no company to sponsor you, you can go to HK and renew the entry date.
If you don't have the time to do that, working permit application would be better. If you have any question, you can feel free to contact me.

yes , right now .if you donot want to leave china , the best way is alter f visa to work visa , if you have a company sponsor you, it is easier , but if not , dont worry my company will sponsor you , by the way , if your want to get work visa , plz start the process at least 15days before your visa expire .

Hello,
thanks everybody for the quick replies. My situation is that I will leave China around Christmas anyway. I am not employed at the moment, so the working visa/ permanent residence permit does not apply for me.
So, if I leave China for a couple of days, it is not a problem to get another extension for 6 month, is this correct? I am asking because I heared it is recently really complicated to extend visas due to the 60th aniversary of the PRC.

You had better go to HK for a time to renew your entry date on your visa, which will be authorize you to get another 6 months. You have said that you never leave China, right? That's mean you never use your entry time of your current valid visa? So before the expire date, you should go outside of China to renew the entry date. You can go to Hk in weekend by train (506RMB for the ticket). Maybe it seems waste your time on journey, but it is better than stay in China with an expired F visa~

Yes,if you leave China for a couple of days,then you come back to China,it is no problem to get another extension for 6 months

you'd better go back to your country or go to hk, cz your entries haven't used, you can come back and extend your f visa for 6 months, and i suggest that you'd better don't apply z visa if you don't have a stable job in china, some company can sponse you or even the visa agent,but it would be complicated the next time you extend your resident visa,cz it is not easy to find the same company. then it is a toublesome thing.

If u don't want to leave china,the best way is getting a Z Visa,but now u haven't a stable job ,that's the problem! People are not allowed to stay in China for a whole year with F visa,so u have to go to HK or your country ,then u can get 6 months extention!If u have any problems pls contact me ,i would be pleased to help u!
