The answer to your question depends on what part of the economy your in!
Most of the fat cats in banking and exchanges started getting fat again in July of 2009 and the US Gov said, the recession is over! And they called it a jobless recovery!
Contruction, and Agriculture always feel the crunch first, and recover last. Lumber/Forestry in lumped into agriculture, and that is my field. I do not forsee a noticable improvement with MY JOB MARKET untill Feb of 2011.
