Try and buy HiFi in Beijing?

I have heard that good Hifi gear like Aurum Cantus speakers, Sheng-Ya amplifiers and Opera Consonance gear is sold at good prices in China. Anyone knows where I can try and buy this in and around Beijing?

Thanks!

Re: Try and buy HiFi in Beijing?

For a 10th of the price you can buy Yamaha separates, some Genelec studio monitors and listen to it on the stuff it was more than likely produced/recorded/mixed down with.

You get was was recorded, not what some company wants you to hear.

Even the small ones are fantastic and Hi-Fi nuts won't dare utter a word.

The same for home theater systems, Genelec are in the studios so those with cash have them at home.

Thanks, Herbie.

So where can I find them?

In the same situation, I would like to get some decent stereo speakers and a good amp. No idea about the brand for the amp, but was thinking on going for some mission speakers. From my experience, reasonable and good. E-mailed the mission distributor in China, no reply.

Did you find any good address? I can buy them on taobao, but I would really like to listen to them first...

Re: Try and buy HiFi in Beijing?

This is a terribly late reply to this threat but the only address I really know for buying high-end Hifi equipment would be at XIN JIE KOU
