Does anybody know how to access facebook in China? I used to use hotspot shield, but doesn't work anymore! Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks.

I tried this, but couldn't get it to work with Firefox. Connected ok, but then couldn't access even the unblocked sites.

Looking for a way to unlock/root my China Mobile Galaxy S, or at least get Android Market to work. My undying gratitude if anyone can be of assistance.

Every VPN I've tried connects fine, but then I can't access the internet at all, with either Firefox or Chrome.

Anyone with more tech acumen than me have any idea what the problem might be?

This is getting frustrating as hell. I'd gladly give a *bleep* for some useful help.

Hi everybody. I have tried everything in the last 10 days but nothing is working. My friend even sent me a whole study with lots of tricks to bypass gfw , but nothing worked. I am really getting sick and tired of wasting hours on something that should take few seconds. Please if somebody has a solution PM me.
I really don't see the point of this ban for broadband when you can access everything over GPRS from mainland...
