I can't believe it! any advice?

Fine, they blocked Internet access here for facebook.com, youtube.com. But I am urgently needing to access www.aflac.com to submit an accident insurance claim form, but this website is not available here either!!!! Is there any software to anti the internet blockage? by the way, I bought my Dell computer outside China this July.

I'd keep trying to access it.

They've made some retarded blocking decisions before--they do it all the time, actually, but as banning AFLAC makes no sense whatsoever, not even to the CCP geniuses, there's at least a reasonable chance the problem is something else and might be fixed soon.

Thomas Lee, I do not understand why I have to download skype. I downloaded skype in Toronto this August. What does this to do with my problem? Explain more please. Thanks.

Don't be rude. He's trying to help. He's saying that he can send you the hack to unblock the websites via Skype. He tells you the best place to download Skype if you don't have it already, so that he can send you the fix if you want it.

Unfortunately, I don't think that hack works anymore, though, Thomas. Doesn't work for me anyway.

Jesus. If you already have skype, then disregard the "P.S." and only pay attention to the first paragraph, which contains cleverly coded instructions on how to proceed in obtaining a proxy that can go around the firewall.

it's a reminder for those who have no skype OR are using the CHINA-VERSION skype: Tom-Skype. it's not a nice one, i think. more info about this google "tom skype censorship". that's it.

yeah, the newest versions r working perfectly.

Visibly the difference is no annoying pop-ups and other b.s. with the "normal" Skype.

Less visible is the lack of censorship/monitoring in the "normal" Skype--or so I'm told.
