Make it or buy it in Starbucks.
For nice cakes you can go to buy affordable things at Weiduomei, they do a delicious chocolate brick.
You can try Comptoirs de France as well but it is pricey and not that good in my opinion.
If I decided to do that one day, I will make sure you'll be invited to my tea party, and served with the finest china... All you got to do is to bring the knitting along and enjoy the cream tea. Deal?
Black, White, Yellow... don't we all have red blood?!! ...or blue occasionally -- in women's TV ads...
The best scones I've had (commonwealth, not starbucks style) are at The Library in the WFJ Hilton. They are served w/ afternoon tea and are baked to order, so you have to wait 10 or so minutes to be served...pile some clotted cream and strawberry preserves on top and all is right with the world. On a side note, they also have a afternoon tea set served is champers--delish.
