Muscle Bodybuilder
Last day, I read an article. It’s about Muscle Bodybuilder. Fond it’s interesting, so here share with you.
The article say“ Bodybuilding is not a sport-it’s a life style. And the contest has nothing to do with lifting weights. It’s not about how much you can lift, but how much it looks like you can lift. A bodybuilder doesn’t need to train with weights everyday. But he does need to focus on what he eats. It’s not like soccer where you can rely on others ,In bodybuilding, whether you win or lose is entirely up to you and the choices in food you’ve made in the last eight to nine months.
The competition is actually a short moment and very uncomfortable, it’s not just posing. It’s painful! Cz the body is so starved by that time. You need to get rid of all extra water and fat in the body. And In China, most of the stage-time is spent on “not only poses with muscle, but also performing to music”.
I think although Muscle Fitness is an art, but I’ll be afraid if my friend is a bodybuilder. So what’s your opinion? Hope share with me .

I think the behavior you speak of is generally reviled in the bodybuilding community admin, not that a fat bastard like me would know much about it.
But they're usually a drug free, well hydrated, unusually positive bunch.

Well,i don't agree with you.Although they may make some people feel afraid.But bodybuiding is really an art ,it's a life style.Just like people like Arnold Schwarzenegger,sometimes cz he is strong,strong muscle.

Well,once i read this article on magazine.Found it's interesting so i share wiht you all.For me i think bodybuilding is really an art.In my high school,a PE teacher,she quited the job,and then join the national team.And married.It left me deep impression. And i cann't accept bf as a bodybuilder.

I've checked on line.It says that Arnold Schwarzenegger is a bodybuilding athlete,and won chimpoin during 1970-1975 bodybuilding competition.

But yeah, it's ironic that bodybuilding is all about looking strong, but the bodybuilders are the unhealthiest mothaf***as in the world. If they didn't do exercise, their bodies wouldn't be able to handle all the chemicals and the extreme diets that they're on. It's a give and take situation, but overall - 我操！
It's better to be nice, kind, generous, friendly, helpful, sexy and rich than to be obnoxious, scary, stinky, stingy, lonely and poor.

Everybody who hits the gym is a bodybuilder. No need to even hit the gym to become a bodybuilder. When you're training to make yourself look better or even to become stronger you're building your body, so as you will be a bodybuilder even if not a competetive steroid pumping michelin man. Pumping up at the aerobics class, you're a bodybuilder and even if we're not we are all modifying our bodies at some levels. All of us.

Don't be fussy and accept that there is nothing wrong with generalizing. It's what lets us distinguish singers from bodybuilders and etc.
