i am having the most outrageously difficult time finding a food supplier in Beijing, though I know there has got to be at least a hundred of them distributing to western restaurants.
is this stuff top secret, do i have to hire someone just to tell me where all the suppliers are? Can't find a thing online.
Give me a couple names and I'll be forever grateful - free dinner at my restaurant maybe?!
