Copied Old Masters

I've heard through the grapevine that here's a few places that can do handpainted canvas based reproductions of old masters - from Nightwatch to The Ambassadors - for about around 500/1000RMB.
Anybody know about this or is it an old beijing wives tale?
The cyber stalker; having very poor social skills so that they may have a limited number or no friends, knowing no life outside of the Internet due to insecurities that make them fear the real world...
