HBOCN installed my satellite TV...is this normal?

So, I contacted one of the advertisers on the site, HBOCN to install my satellite TV. They use a combination of satellite dish and internet to get my Filipino channel package. Is this normal--I'm not sure if they are jacking some channel illegally to give a lower price or if that is the way that it is. Also, I'm pretty sure that my shitty internet is the short pole in the tent here. Can anyone give me advice or perspective on this? Thanks!

The use of the internet connection is the giveaway that your satellite TV is pirated.

I also got satellite TV from them. It's not really legal and official have the right to shut it down but as with everything, they seemed to look the other way, specially if it's in the foreigner district.
