Starting my cafe business

I am currently trying to start a coffee shop that sells organic coffee and pastries. I am having a hard time trying to find fully recycleable customizable cups. I am also having a hard time finding fully organic products such as sugar, cinnimon, and others at bulk prices. If anyone knows where to obtain this stuff please let me know.

Come on man, the only reason people eat "organic" food is because they think it's healthy. Having a cup of coffee once in a while wouldn't affect your health no matter how organic or toxic it was. The only businesses that can thrive on the organic hype are mass consumption joints such as groceries and bakeries.
Or you can try selling Civet coffee. But beware of cheap copies made by the locals. Literally.
It's better to be nice, kind, generous, friendly, helpful, sexy and rich than to be obnoxious, scary, stinky, stingy, lonely and poor.

I admire your initiative, but I'm inclined to agree with Shizo regarding the chances of success of an "organic coffeeshop".
Since your costs and therefore selling prices will need to be higher than your competition, you're really narrowing your potential market to the small percentage of consumers who believe the price difference is worth it. I could be wrong, but I just don't think that's much of a market segment here in Beijing.
On the other hand, given Starbuck's ridiculous prices, maybe you can market your operation as a healthier alternative at a similar cost. But taking on Starbucks as your competition would be a daunting challenge indeed.
Of course, that's just my opinion and it's not what you asked. My suggestion for bulk purchases is alibaba.com. It's possible taobao.com might also be useful.

Dude, don't listen to the nay-sayers. You go ahead and start that business. Work at it and you'll eventually iron out your supply problems. Remember! TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AND YOUR PRODUCT and the rest should fall into place.... assuming that is, that you have a decent location!

Cinnamon is a tree bark. Have the trees matured enough in SE Asia since the concept of 'organic' as a healthy lifestyle came into being here?
Regarding recycled cups. Probably you will find recyclable cups but not recycled cups. Has something to do with health standards and paper that could have come from toilet wastes.
The most efficient 'recycled' cup is still the porcelain mug.
