hi there

I am looking for a weekend spiritual retreat, focusing on meditation practices

i have been practicing mediation and nei gung for about 5 years now but i can't seem to find any groups that offer the get away i am looking for

Do you speak Chinese or understand Chinese? I know a group in 豆瓣网，they have this kind of activities every weekend.
