hi there

I am looking for a weekend spiritual retreat, focusing on meditation practices

i have been practicing mediation and nei gung for about 5 years now but i can't seem to find any groups that offer the get away i am looking for

thanks for any help

if you are living near to hills then hills are good such environment.

If you can read Chinese check out Chang Zeng Guo Shu Guan. They have lots of qi gong and other classes (some free). They often do short trips and retreats to surrounding areas when the weather is nice.

Not sure what's planned for spring though.
