I bought mine in front of the UIBE, almost in front of the east gate, if you have that gate at your back, across the street and to the right, you will see some small shops that sell things for bed, you can find them there, mine was around 40 kuai or less, dont remember. Of course these are chinese style, so the controller just has "medium, high and off" it doesnt have a timer, so never sleep with it at high power or you will roast during your sleep, at low power theres no problem, just dont forget to turn it off after using it.
