No, I am not a racist.

Just leave some of the main noun or verb off, and abbreviate it, and do not pronounce it well, and you have Ebonics.
Dissin=disrespecting
Poe poe= Police.

Also, anyone who has to deal with this poor use of language that is a professional and has other things to do, rather than figure out what your rambling about will hate it!
