F Visa extension on my own?

Hi, I’m German citizen and I’m having an f-visa that is still valid until the end of February and the Chinese company I’m here for would like to extent it. Could somebody tell me which documents are needed for the extension? How long could we extent it and how long would the whole extension process take?

HELLO , It is there that the longest time of Staying in china is one year ,and then you may go back or go HK.if you have enough time ,you can do the extension for 3or6 month.
if you do not want to leave, we can change your F visa to work permit .
不想出境可转成工作签证（居留许可）。
F签证延期
办理时间：10天左右
所需材料：护照，1张2寸照片（白底），住宿证明

do extension for F ,we need passport ,2 inches of pohotograghs, registrantion receipt of lodging in BJ (we can help you ) and the charge is 1000 for F-6month ,1400 for 3-month.
