Grace did a good job on helping get my Z visa renewed. I have been known to be occasionally demanding, stressed out and annoying, and I was true to form with Grace. But she was a real sweetheart, even though she wasn't feeling well. I can't recommend her enough. And NO, she didn't pay or ask me to say this. This is one of the rare occasions when my cynical nature about people is proved wrong, and is worthy of mention.
