Hi, I dont have a degree and would like to know is it in any way possible to get work visa without one.

Yes, you should find an angent to help you to get the Z.
As this kind of situation, F visa would be better, which can be renewed each year without such sorts of limitations, and also, pay less.

You still can get a Z working visa without a bachelor's or above degree, with any other degree or skill certificate would be help n can let you pay less.
