I work for a wine company in Beijing and we don't have a real delivery service for individual (by this I mean an online shop).

I would like to create a simple e-catalog (sent by email) in which every month (or few weeks), a community of wine lovers would find new wines to taste and would be able to comment on them, write reviews...so that next month readers would find comments written by readers like them.

Wines would be of quality but at a very fair price so that people can really enjoy this service and drink good wines without being rich.

The idea is then to propose a catalog to a community of wine lovers by email that will evolve each month with reviews and new wines, and people would place order simply by phone.

I would like to know if you guys, would like such an idea? I am just afraid of, because it's not fully automatic on a website, people would let die the catalog in their computer.
If it pleases, then we can start quickly.
