we are looking for an electronic worker that can build a custom preamplifier PCB (multiple outputs)
using several A.O.'s tl074 or tda2822 chips or other one
something like S-AMP from samsom

Do you already have the designs? If you do, there are several places in Zhongguanc**that can make PCBs pretty cheaply - go to the top floor of the building that sells electronics components (not computer parts). They want the designs in Gerber format, but there is free software that you can use to convert from Eagle into Gerber.

I don't know what design services they offer, but it's probably worth asking if you can't find what you need online (if you haven't looked yet, you might be surprised at the variety of free PCB designs you can find on hobbyist sites)

EDIT: The censored text is "zhongguancun", followed by "that". The anti-swear filter is too smart for its own good.
