My name is Mauricio Cantu, and I am from Monterrey, Mexico. I'm 22 years old and I'm an exchange student in Tsinghua University. I arrived to Beijing two days ago by myself, I have a couple of friends in here, but they are not studying in any university near Wudaokou, so I'm looking for one or two male roommates around my age (straight guys). I already found two apartments, the one of two bedrooms is 6,500 RMB per month, and the apartment of 3 bedrooms is 9,300 per month. Both of them are really nice, but I have to confirm the realtor if I will take it or not, but for that I need someone to confirm me as soon as possible, because if not other people are taking this apartments, they are the best ones in this area. They are located in Hua Qing Jia Yuan, very near most universities like Tsinghua or Beida. There's everything around this apartments like a gym, two super markets, several restaurants, a couple of banks, a laundry, etc. It's a very nice place to live.

My major is Industrial Engineering, and I like to play soccer and many other sports. Also I like to party, drink and hang out with many people. I'm an easy going guy, I can cook, and I'm very organized with my things. I'm looking forward to meet a lot of people, hope to see soon any reply.
