I think in the basement of the 360buy store opposite Landau there is a small selection-not sure if they were in English though. Can't you order them off Amazon or the like?
The mother load of English language PS3 games is at the Gu Lou (drum tower) area (take the subway to Gu Lou Da Jie and walk south til you hit the drum tower).
They have new and second hand, so, trading your games in once you've beaten them is accepted.
Price is between 350 - 420 kuai for one (expensive but they're authentic - not pirated). If you're after an older game you might have to shop around but there are literally dozens of shops in that area.
If you're standing at the south side of the Drum Tower (Gu lou) and walk south on the east side of the street and happen to miss the plethora of video game stores then you're either an idiot, blind, or both.
Also walk due east from the drum tower and on the south side of the street is the same plethora of video game stores until you hit Nan Luo Gu Xiang.
