I've been in BJ for over two years now and am a partner in an insurance brokerage which specialises in Medical Insurance. I know how good we are in supporting our clients and going the extra mile to help, but my question is What is the experience of anyone else who uses a broker to help them find the best product?

I am curious as I have heard so many differing stories that I would like peoples first hand experience.

I am not after naming and shaming people but would like to know your experience, what happened and how it was resolved.
