F visa without letter extension?

Hi,

If I held an F visa that I acquired from HK without an invitation letter (it is possible and for under RMB1000 for 6 months), is it then possible to extend it while in Beijing through an agent? and will it be the same cost as if I got my original visa through that same agent?

I am a British national.

Hello Wing

If you have a F visa now and when you come back back to china ,you can extend your F visa easily without invitation letter!just need your passport ,police registration ,photoes .
