Here's the scenario. I know the agents true costs for an extension and their commissions and kickbacks. Personally could probably handle a new extension myself but couldn't be bothered with it right now as super busy with a work project. I will put my relevant info here and would love the various agents to quote, preferably here in topic, but will take a PM if need.
