I have the same question and would like to know if L-F can be done without leaving Beijing.I have a US passport.

Yes, the L visa holders are allowed to abtain a F visa without leaving. We can convert L to F directly.

L TO F,it is not a problem ,and without leaving beijing ,feel free to contact me .if you get f visa ,you can extend it easiler ....

Hi,

Since I've posted this I've had quite a few responses. Some quote have been reasonable and others ridiculous. Agents keep in mind that I will ultimately go for the lowest price!
