Well, why not call PSB for more info.? Ask if its possible n what documents ul need.
Here is the no. of PSB: 84020101.

If that is possible, then u can bring ur documents there to do it by urself, or else u can find an agent.

I hope you can manage to do it. I know it is quite difficult to convert a L into a F, but if you really have all the document just try! Otherwise if you need some help we already managed a lot of conversion since I work for a visa agency

For L-F conversion, you only need to provide ur passport, the registration of temporary residence here in beijing and photo to a visa company. You do not have to go to PSB to manage it by yourself and all of the efforts will be all in vain...
